In addition to cookies, we use your browser's localStorage to save:
- Your last typed text: So it's still there when you return.
- Font size and color preferences: Your customisation settings persist between visits.
- Last-used page: To restore where you left off.
All localStorage data stays on your device. It is never sent to our servers. You can clear it anytime by clearing your browser data.
4. Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which Tamil fonts and tools are most popular. This data is anonymous — it does not identify you personally. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels or behavioural advertising trackers.
5. Third-Party Services
Our English → Tamil transliteration feature sends your typed text to Google's Input Tools API. This is a one-time request — Google's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data. You can avoid this by typing directly in Tamil script.
6. Managing Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- Block all cookies
- Delete existing cookies
- Allow cookies only from specific sites
Note: Blocking cookies may affect the theme persistence and cookie consent banner, but all core font tools will continue to work.
